Paw Brands, LLC (D/B/A Paw.com) and its subsidiary and affiliated companies/brands (collectively, “Paw.com”, “us” ,”our” or “we”) are committed to your privacy.  This privacy policy the (“Privacy Policy”) describes how and why Paw.com might collect, store, use, and/or share your information when you use our services, including without limitation when you visit https://www.paw.com (the “Site”) and/or applications available at the Site, and/or engage with us in other related ways (the “Services”).

Personal Information

We, or a third-party service provider acting on our behalf (“Service Provider”), may collect personal information from you when you register with the Site; place an order on our Site; sign up for newsletters; participate in our offers and programs including sweepstakes, contests, and surveys; or otherwise contact us. 

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) you disclose to us.

The personally identifiable information (“PII”), which may specifically identify an individual or business, that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. We are not responsible for content on any third-party provider’s platform or on any other site outside of the Website. In limited events, we may collect payment data to process certain payments, such as your credit card number; however, we do not store any payment data.

Third-Party Cookies, Web Beacons and Online Tracking

This Site uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or home address. Paw.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.  In some cases, we may embed a content feed, video player or other application from a third party into the Services, and those feeds, players or other applications may appear to be part of the Services, even though they are provided or served by a third party. If you access another website, or any such services, even ones that may contain the Paw.com logo or are framed by the Services, please understand that the operators of these websites or services may collect information from you, or place or read cookies or other tracking devices, which will be used by them in accordance with their own privacy practices, which may differ from ours. We are not responsible for, and we do not endorse or control, the policies or practices of any such website or services. Always remember to sign out of your Account and close your browser window when you have finished your session.


Notice Concerning Children


We are a mature audience site, and do not direct any of our content specifically at children under 18 years of age.  We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online. The Site and services are intended for general audiences and Paw.com does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under age 13. There is one exception to this: we may offer a Service that is directed to children under the age of 13, and if we do it will state that it collects information from children, and it will also have a separate privacy policy posted detailing the practices specific to that Service. Do Not Track


Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do Not Track feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. Paw.com does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals. When a uniform technological standard has been developed, we will reconsider. We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.


Public Forums


This Site may contain message boards, user reviews, comment sections, and/or news groups available to its users. We request that you provide contact information, such as name, email, address, occupation, and interests as may be requested to be a registered bulletin board user, reviewer or commenter.
