A group of paw-sitively adorable service dogs took a field trip to the happiest place on Earth and they had the BEST time.
Last week service dogs in training from Canine Companions for Independence, a nonprofit organization in California that trains and provides service dogs at no charge to people with disabilities, were taken on a trip to Disneyland.
According to The Dodo, the service dogs in training were taken to Disneyland to better their socialization skills. "Disneyland is the perfect place to socialize our puppies to crowds, loud noises, different sights and smells, and different kinds of people," Kendra Clark from Canine Companions for Independence told The Dodo.
The dogs loved their trip to Disneyland. The adorable pups wore Mickey and Minnie Ears and according to Clark, they thoroughly enjoyed all the attention they drew from the crowds.
The pups even got to go on a few rides and meet some Disney characters. "Seeing how happy they got when they met the characters sure was a treat!" Clark told The Dodo.
Sounds like some hard-working dogs had a doggone awesome trip to Disney and it's certainly well-deserved.
